Salmon is a lean protein that tastes great and super healthy for you. This is a tinfoil dinner that you can take camping or just make at home. It tastes and smells great when all of these flavors mix with the salmon.
1/2 yellow onion, sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 Tbsp. white wine vingear
4 (4-oz.) skinless salmon pieces

Cook on 350 degrees for a 1 1/2 hours on high
