Our rainbow trout are raised by Riverence in Idaho, native to the Pacific Northwest. Sustainably farmed in Rocky Mountain spring water, they’re hand-trimmed, hormone-free, antibiotic-free, and processed in our SQF- and USDC-certified plant.
