Our fish is fully cooked and ready to eat right out of the package. Each package is approximately 4 oz. Keep refrigerated, but best served at room temperature.

Holiday Notice:
Please note that Sun Valley Smoked Fish will not be shipping orders the week of Christmas or the week after, as both holidays fall on Thursday this year. Any orders placed after December 16th will be held for shipment until January 5th. We appreciate your understanding and wish you a happy holiday season!

All products are shipped via UPS Ground from Idaho. Sun Valley Smoked Fish carefully packs each order using appropriate packaging and temperature control measures to help ensure products arrive in great condition. However, we are not liable for any products received partially or fully thawed. For faster shipping options, please contact us to arrange USPS or expedited service.
For East Coast orders, we recommend placing orders during cooler months or avoiding peak summer heat, as products may be left outside during delivery. Some frozen shipments may be held until the following Monday to reduce risk of weekend delays.
