Sun Valley Smoked Salmon Tinfoil Dinner

A lean, flavorful protein wrapped in foil for a perfect camping trip or cozy night at home. The rich aroma of fresh herbs, butter, and Sun Valley Smoked Salmon makes this a must-try.
Serves: 4
Ingredients:
1/2 yellow onion, sliced
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
4 (4 oz.) portions Sun Valley Smoked Salmon
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Place each salmon portion on a piece of foil. Top with onion, cilantro, butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and vinegar.
Wrap foil tightly and place on a baking sheet.
Bake for 1 1/2 hours on high heat until flavors are fully infused. Serve hot.
