Sun Valley Smoked Salmon Tinfoil Dinner

A lean, flavorful protein wrapped in foil for a perfect camping trip or cozy night at home. The rich aroma of fresh herbs, butter, and Sun Valley Smoked Salmon makes this a must-try.

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 yellow onion, sliced

  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro

  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted

  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

  • 1/4 tsp. salt

  • 1/4 tsp. pepper

  • 1/2 Tbsp. white wine vinegar

  • 4 (4 oz.) portions Sun Valley Smoked Salmon 


Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Place each salmon portion on a piece of foil. Top with onion, cilantro, butter, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and vinegar.

  3. Wrap foil tightly and place on a baking sheet.

  4. Bake for 1 1/2 hours on high heat until flavors are fully infused. Serve hot.
