Sun Valley Smoked Salmon & Avocado Rice Bowl

A vibrant, nutrient-packed bowl with smoky fish, creamy avocado, and a tangy sesame dressing.


Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked jasmine rice (warm or room temp)

  • 8 oz. Sun Valley Smoked Salmon, flaked

  • 1 avocado, sliced

  • 1 small cucumber, sliced

  • 1 carrot, julienned

  • 2 green onions, chopped

  • 1 Tbsp. toasted sesame seeds


Dressing:

  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce

  • 1 Tbsp. rice vinegar

  • 1 tsp. sesame oil

  • 1 tsp. honey or maple syrup


Directions:

  1. Divide rice between two bowls. Arrange smoked salmon, avocado, cucumber, and carrot on top.

  2. Whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and honey.

  3. Drizzle dressing over bowls, sprinkle with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
